FAQ

1. A maximum of two adults plus two children below the age of eight without extra bed can be accommodated in one room.

2. Bookings made online via the payment gateway and direct deposits in to our Bank account will be considered confirmed.

3. All other bookings made over the telephone or through e mail without an advance payment are recorded but the rooms will be offered subject to availability at the time of check in.

4. Wi-Fi coupons are available at the reception on request on chargeable basis

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Booking cancelled I week or more before the actual check in will be refunded 90% of the stay value.
• Booking cancelled within one week of the actual check in will be refunded 50% of the stay value.
• Booking cancelled less than 48 hours before check in will not be refunded
• Check in is defined as the time mentioned at the time of booking.
• Stay value is defined as the total financial value of the number of rooms and number of nights including the taxes as per the booking made represented by a booking ID.
